It’s The Willpower
Posted on April 21st, 2007. Filed under: Daily.I’ve talked about dieting a couple of times in this blog already and whatever I do, I just can’t keep myself to be consistent with it! I do this, and I do that, but I never get to the core. I started with gym, then canceled my sub 5 months later because I got bored and lazy. I promised myself not to eat meat on weekdays, but it only lasted for a good 3 days where I felt weak, sometimes no rice, but it doesn’t work.
One of my best guy friends told me about this diet thing he just tried, I think it’s called Hollywood Diet I’m not sure. He lost 5kgs in just 2 days(!) He said it’s some kind of juice you have to drink once every 4 hours, and your stomach will feel as full as hell but your mouth will crave like hell as well. You can’t eat anything, just that and water. You can’t even smoke. Now how does that sound? Let’s see if I can survive that. I doubt I will, eating is just a pastime I can never resist.
The other day we were just watching Dr. 90210 over at E! channel. I wonder why people would want to get their surgical operations televised, when they can just go over for rhinoplasty Naples.
If you could change any physical aspect of yourself, what would it be? Don’t say nothing because that would just be a total lie. Come on, we’re all not perfect. I’d like to change my shoulders because they are just E-nourmous (I wish to have those shoulders where the bones pop out lol) =) my friends say they look alright, but I just don’t see it the same way. Oh well, we all have our own weird antics.

To quote Jessica Zafra, What’s the point of living if you subsist on bland food?
You would just be depriving yourself of all the good things in life if you insist on dieting. I’m not saying there’s something wrong with it; I think it has something to do with self-discipline. You won’t get humongously fat in, say, one or two days if you eat and eat, but on a regular basis, hello cholesterol.
I, on the other hand, would like to get fat. I’m serious.

Haaaaay. I never used to think about diet, but the US of A made me fat fat fat & heavy because of their supersized food! Ha ha, so maybe if I could change anything in my body, I’d say take off all the excessive fats and bring me back to my thin stage (like, back when I was 10?! haha). If not that, my chubby cheeks. I hated it when I was growing up because everyone pinches it. It gets so annoying sometimes.

Diet was never part of my vocabulary, though some of my friends and my mom think I really need one. Well, whatever. Haha. I wasn’t born thin, so what the hell, why would I deprive myself from eating just to look like what I never was?
Lol anyway, I want to change my errr, pimples. They never get out of my face. Think it’s funny, don’t they? Lol
Good luck on your shoulders, haha.

I have a problem with (mild) acne, so.. I want them all gone. Okay, so does that count? Also, I would like to change my slim physique.
