That Astrology Thing
Posted on March 17th, 2008. Filed under: Daily, Rantage, Uni.I just read this post by Pat about Yahoo Astrology and it just gave me this big huge urge to blog about the same thing. The last time I checked that site was around February, so I knew I had to go back again and see what’s up with my inner Gemini slash a little Taurus. Ya know, as much as I don’t wanna believe shit about astrology and stuff, I can’t help it.
By the 5th, you’re ready for a new point of view.
And the 5th was when I went to the Incubus concert which pretty much changed my life and the way I saw how concerts were a killer but now, I don’t think it’s as bad at all! The proof of it is my life, I’m not dead am I?
On the 8th and 9th, you need to communicate. Tell everybody on your list of ‘People I Need To Talk To’ what it is you need to talk to them about.
I was having a hard time trying to tell my parents about that education thing and I put it off so that no one’s weekend was going to be ruined, it got pretty hard for me in the end so I decided, Monday it was.
By the 11th, you’re ready to acknowledge an obstacle. Congratulations! That’s the first and most important step towards overcoming said obstacle!
Oh vey! The obstacle that is my educational standing. Lots of crying involved here, but I knew I was gonna get through it in the end, I fucking believed it will and I was gonna face it anyway.
And overcome it you will — and then some — on the 12th and 13th, when just about everything goes right for you.
Fuck yeah! The 12th was when I found out everything was finally over. Teh proofz: One. Two. Three.
On the 17th, you have a good day. Plain and simple. So get ready to enjoy it wholeheartedly by putting aside any grudges or ego bruises you’ve been carrying around with you.
Then so be it. I’m actually having a good day right about now. I only have class on Wednesday this week so I have plenty of time to repent, laze around and get some uni work done.
I can’t believe I just mentioned an aspect of religion with astrology. This post, what a paradox.

Hahaha this made me rememember of me watching some morning show and my Mom SCRRREAMING and begging for me to list down what’s in store for Capricorn people like her. Lol

I was wondering where Pat went. He’s just right there all along. :-?
Looks like your stars have aligned for you, alright. Well, lucky you. Cliche of the day: Fortune favors the brave wtf!
Le sigh. If only mine have also aligned, I would’ve gotten myself some killer pony a couple of days ago. Don’t ask wtf.

I haven’t read those Astrology articles for a while since I’m not really into those. It all started when I was in first year high school, where I stopped depending on those “fate” shit.
But I guess Astrology could ace some good predictions in this modern era where most people would like to work their own destiny than depending on what’s written in the stars. Haha.

Yay for confirmation bias :-P

All that astrology stuff seems so vague and coincidental to me. I hope you have an awesome day on the 17th, anyway

LMAO! This post reminds me of the time I always read the horoscope in the newspaper and try to make the predictions for my horoscope fit my situation. Seriously, I used to do that everyday when I was in my late high school days. And everytime it comes true, I feel so stoked! lol!

I’m pretty into astrology, but more on the zodiacs and not much on the horoscopes. But being the geek that I am, I subscribed to yahoo astrology after reading this LOL (na-amaze ako at how accurate it was in your case haha)
It’s just funny thinking that someone I know could be getting the very same horoscopes as me (we were born on the exact same day).

I’m not into astrology. But I sometimes give a damn to read my horoscope in newspapers. Just for the heck of it.

My horoscopes never make any sense. Yahoo isn’t any different for me. I just looked at mine for yesterday…it doesn’t apply in the least.
